Visual adjustment
The app works. However, please add dark mode, color options or mute the lighting on the adjustment screen. Almost impossible to read the settings. It’s been this way for years!

Doesn’t stay connected to my bed, every time I tried to use it it would tell me no device connected and I would have to reconnect it, now it’s not even doing that, just awful and a waste of time

Ever since my iOS updated my remote won’t find the Bluetooth for the bed and it’s acting crazy.
The lights don’t indicate how long massage will operate anymore
The app is no longer fully functional since the last update. I’ve been patient but obviously this is not a priority.
Missing features
First, the timer lights don’t illuminate any more on the app. Second, I want to the timer to Be customizable more than 30 minutes max. This should have some smart features so I’m not fumbling throughout the night. I want to fully program the way I want to sleep. I might start in zero G but switch to flat at some point throughout the night.

Duration lights
Ever sense the update the duration lights on the main page do not light up (10 min, 20 min, & 30 min) ; located at the top of the page.

Bug in new release
The dot to indicate selection no longer lights up. Fortunately I know how to make things work but a new user would not. But I prefer using the app to the Serta provided control. Hope the fix comes soon.
Still needs some help. Dark mode.
The main screen is fine. BUT you can’t read anything on the settings page (in dark mode) and if you have pick it yourself all black except for the tiny numbers that means nothing to most people (me being one of those people). Alot some times it will disconnect as soon as I touch the screen, then it will reconnect. This will repeat over and over when that starts I have to manually pick it, in dark mode good luck with that. So please do a 1.03 or a 1.02a

Could be useful, but needs work
The device doesn’t automatically find my bed so I have to select it, but the latest update changed the font so that the font is black and the device name can’t be seen. I have to basically trial and error until I find the correct device. Not always fun when you’re just trying to get you’re be to be flat.

Hasn’t been a update in 3 years. Serta is still selling the beds I bought mine less than 1 year ago would love to see continued updates. Really want iPhone X support. Also 75% of the time the app doesn’t auto connect so I have to manually select my bed that’s if it doesn’t crash seconds after opening the app which reopening then selecting device will allow it to work.

Always crashes the first time I open it.
It works after that... Until I close it or reboot the phone. Then it'll crash again when I open it. So, I open it again and it works. I think it's abandon-ware at this point.
Sync issues
This app works well if it syncs to the base. Unfortunately it doesn't sync for me any longer and the app is no longer working. I can only use the remote that came with the hardware. Hopefully an update to the app will come along that will be able to sync again. Wishful thinking as the last update was over 3 years ago.

Crashes on newer OS
Often times it crashes on launch on newer operating systems, you can restart it fine but cmon, why no updates?
Please add an alarm and make this app Alexa enabled
Good app. Wold be better with alarm. You should also make it Alexa enabled so you can flatten the bed with voice command.

Works with only one base at a time
We have a king mattress but two twin bases. Syncs with only on base at a time activating one base and not two as the companion remotes do.
