Bluetooth doesn’t connect automatically anymore?
When I first started using this app (10yrs ago) with my bed it wood automatically connect the Bluetooth when I entered the bathroom. Now you have to reconnect the Bluetooth every time. What a hassle? They actually made the app worse since I’ve had it .
I wish I could connect

It’s just a Mock UI
Installed the app, open and the fist message is “no device connected” - you don’t say!!! No instructions and no capability to pair it with the bed. It is literally, just a none functioning mock UI.

Yes I did the recent iPhone update and since then, my Bluetooth no longer can find my bed. Why? Please do an update so u can connect again. Worked perfect before. Please help.

Instructions would be helpful. I’m tech savvy, and still haven’t gotten it connected. I was hopeful that it would work so I did not have to spend $120 to replace a remote to our already expensive bed. :(

This will be leaving the app store and be broken if they do not update the app. It is a free app but the unit it controls was very expensive. This is unacceptable. Fix it.
What a disappointment
The bed was delivered today, and can't connect to my phone. Read all the reviews and apparently this app hasn't been updated in a long time. If you can't connect with a phone and you aren't going to update, for the cost of this mattress set, supply two remotes! Can't cost that much to do that!

App slowing down iPhone - needs update
I'm on IOS 10.2.1 and am getting periodic messages that the Serta app is slowing down my iPhone, and the developer needs to update it.
I suspect that when IOS 10.3 comes out, the Serta app won't work at all.
The app does work for me now, and I hope Serta updates it soon so it keeps working.

Terrible
The functionality is just terrible and desperately needs an update. It would be very easy to allow more features if they would just update the app. So disappointed.
