The old app was working fine, this new one won’t recognise my login. Called the company and they never got back to me.

No matter how much I try, I cannot login, it keeps saying incorrect credentials. This is stupid.

Can’t log on
Like a few others on here, I can’t log onto the new app. Nothing wrong with the old one, I will just have to use the website or just close my account.
Doesn’t work
Won’t take my password which is correct, says credentials wrong, which they aren’t.

I have downloaded the app twice now, even reset my password and put in a personalised password and the app still tells me my credentials are incorrect.

Needs improvement
Not good enough as old app. Needs improvement. Why to make a new app if there’s nothing new than old one.
Awful app
This App us still awful and far from user friendly.
I re-downloaded it to see if it was any better and it wasn’t, suffice to say it’s again deleted from my phone.!!

Useless app
Awful. Trying to log in and the app won’t accept my PIN which for obvious reasons I know.
