Best app ever

This is the Best app i have ever used !an easy access and easy to understand one click to customer service everything is under the fingertips, but i can’t use Carmoola plus its asking for update the payment card but now i can’t even payment card to sort out having an active agreement, could you please fix this ! iPhone app is not working

For the last 3 days the iPhone app just has a blank screen, can’t see any of the menus, I was told to wait for the update but that hasn’t fixed it. Good company, terrible app.
