This app is very easy and useful to see everything found in details.

Nice but dim

This is more a review of Nest customer service. I couldn’t get into the app for months and was speaking with their customer service team several times a week. I went round and round in circles for a very long time going over the same thing, for them to request the same information over and over. Pleasant and polite but really hopeless at resolving the issue.

Disconnect from true progress calls and documents provided

I have told the customer service representatives that I will email and call only as app is not working and useless and I am happy with the service without the app! It doesn’t even allow me to fill in forms as weird format and generic unhelpful vague repetitive tasks requests just call

Useless

I'm as impressed with app as I am with the pension itself NOT AT ALL. App is useless and the pension (chosen by my employer) is running at a loss when every other investment I have is performing well. I'm almost hoping my contract ends so I can then transfer the pension to another provider.

Error Ridden

Awful app that keeps crashing when I’m trying to update personal information and beneficiary. I tried using the website but the same happens there. Stuck with it as the company I work for have chosen Nest as the provider!!
