Avoid the company, avoid the app

More overwrought fake-website garbage from bottom-dollar incompetent contractors. Financial institutions can’t make good apps most days, but Jaja somehow made it worse. Logging in is needlessly slow due to a fake chat interface that moves at a glacial pace, which for an app you only open because they refuse to let you approve purchases on the website, makes every use of it painful. Not to mention they’re now on that obsessive “prove your identity with this third-party cowboy service” every British company is doing, making any new payments is now a severe risk to your safety.
