Worst app
Bank of Ireland should be embarrassed that this is their credit card app. Constant maintenance windows during working hours, takes forever for transactions to be verified. General all round shocking customer experience.
Additional Cardholder unable to have app
There appears to be a major part missing on this app. Information on app and from support suggests that an additional cardholder can download app to monitor spending. To do this you must go to Manage cards and confirm their mobile number to get a link! There is no option anywhere to enter mobile number. The facility simply is not in the app or on the website account options either. Not very impressive for a financial institution - no ability to monitor spending by additional cardholder.

Tried to link my BOI credit card with my BOI current account, but states there was an error and gave me me redress to remedy the issue

The app continues to crash since the last update 🙈 it’s now 3 months since I was last able to access my account online
