I have finally cleared my credit card and loan never missed a payment. £40.00 was added to my account for what I don’t know as account is clear so I ignored they then whacked a late payment charge call me text me and emailed I tried to speak with some who didn’t understand English. Disgusted with 118 who I’ve used for 7-8 years still charging a fee for no credit use
