Direct debit
I tried to change direct debit to different bank, which is not working. I called yesterday and it’s been not changed yet also I asked again and again that I won the exact day that when the statement is generate so I can pay my full balance either direct debit or manually so my balance is zero on the statement but still not any proper answer

Awful.
Can’t pay money owed early. Can’t pay different/higher amount than what is due. Can’t pay on the day it’s due unless it’s past a certain time. Other than that…

This app is designed to make it difficult to make additional payments. It feels like the company has done this to make more money.
Login Issues
I always set up my login credentials and enable a passcode and Face ID for quick access, but every time I try to log in, the app asks me to enter everything again. Even worse, it often shows an error message saying “try again later.” This is extremely frustrating and feels very unprofessional. Overall, it’s a very poor user experience.

Good but could be better
The devs really need to sort out the available balance, we shouldn’t be waiting days for it to update with the correct amount available to spend, all my other credit cards instantly update, this card would be my main if that small change could happen.
Worst credit card ever
They’re customer service doesn’t even speak English properly and are incapable of understanding anything. Plus they lie about everything

I cleared my balance 7 days before payment was due yet they still stole money from my account and refused to refund straight away making me wait over a week for a refund of money they took without my permission

Really poor UX on the app. Doesn’t work!
Keep getting greeted with a short version of a policy which is just Lorem Ipsum filler text, forcing to read full article, but after I’ve read it and click accept I just get an error saying ‘something went wrong try again’. Only 2 other options from that page - back to the short version or copy contents… I just want to check my balance or view a statement. It’s useless as an app. If there’s an error with the policy that should just be a popup that I can close and still access the basics.

Avoid this company. If you are late with a payment they ring 4 times every day even when you have an agreement or have paid.
