I am not just writing this review for this reason but I previously had a DRO and it had ended and I had offers for credit cards that I then had to improve my credit score and learn a lot about Balance transfers because previously I had credit cards and I was paying minimum payment and then got into financial issues because I had Newday cards before and they were increasing my credit every month which I used and yes my fault nobody else’s but I have 5 credit cards now and JaJa has the highest credit limit of £2500 and balance transfer offers for 18 months so that’s what I have done and I’m paying them all off each month and re using them for daily purchases like bank card and using the money to pay in full my other credit cards and I have 16 months left to pay £1700 back and that will be paid in 6 months anyway. Yes I’m happy with JaJa and no issues with anything as long as you pay off your balance they are a happy company.👍

Easy payments don’t work and I’m 2 days off being charged
Avoid the company, avoid the app
More overwrought fake-website garbage from bottom-dollar incompetent contractors. Financial institutions can’t make good apps most days, but Jaja somehow made it worse. Logging in is needlessly slow due to a fake chat interface that moves at a glacial pace, which for an app you only open because they refuse to let you approve purchases on the website, makes every use of it painful. Not to mention they’re now on that obsessive “prove your identity with this third-party cowboy service” every British company is doing, making any new payments is now a severe risk to your safety.

App preference
Jaja credit card is good indeed but i just don’t like the thing that’s it’s only has to be link bank payments it doesn’t have apple/google pay and also in the banks list it doesn’t have think money bank which it makes it hard for me to make payments I always have to wait in long queue
I’d if they could make changes to the app like being able to apple pay and in the banks links to be think money bank aswell i’d give it five stars.

Late fee !!!
I paid the card off and requested the account closed. Then I get charged £12 the next day as apparently another payment t was due ? I paid the card off in full ! I had a balance of £0
Fraud
Complete joke they asked me if I lost my card when I already reported it lost!!! I’ve paid the transactions and I won’t be using them again. If anyone wants to see the response I got let me know

The rewards don’t work on iOS only whereas on Android they do

JaJa by far is the WORST credit card company I ever applied for, they are thieves and will steal your money with big smile. I wish I knew this before applying. STAY FAAAAR AWAY OR YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I haven’t used this card for a while cause 24% is extortionate. My credit rating is excellent these days and I got this card back when I was building it up, so had to take what I could get. These days I have far better rates so I use far superior providers. Today I received an email saying they are changing my rate due to current market conditions. They changed it to 39%. Tats right 39%!!!!! Insane increase. They have been bombarding me with (awful 14%) balance transfer offers ver the last few months. Thank god I wasn’t desperate and never gave it a second thought, cause if I’d of transferred a few grand into this and then been hit with this I would all Of a sudden it would of been very expensive. Do not use this card. This is disgusting behaviour. Hey at least they reminded me to close it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Poor rating for the simple fact the card doesn’t allow you to add it to Apple Wallet.
No limit increase and charges more
It charges more interest on every pay and also I’m using Jaja for long time still no limit increases
