Forced me to cancel
I am extremely disappointed with the way Marshmallow has handled my policy. I have been informed that my policy is going to be cancelled, but I have not been given a clear or reasonable explanation as to why this is happening. Instead, I am being told that I am required to pay cancellation charges, despite the cancellation not being initiated by me.
I do not believe it is fair to charge me a cancellation fee when Marshmallow is the party deciding to cancel the policy. I would expect a clear explanation of the reason for cancellation and a transparent breakdown of any charges being requested.
This has been a very frustrating and stressful experience. I chose Marshmallow expecting a straightforward and fair insurance service, but the way this situation has been handled has seriously affected my confidence in the company. I would like Marshmallow to review this decision, explain the exact reason for the cancellation, and reconsider the cancellation charges being imposed on me.

All ai. This insurance company is run by npcs and when u try and call them an npc answers the phone. If u have an accident and try and claim they do absolutely nothing and when u call them an npc answers and tells u to go on the app and when u go on the app an npc tells u u are in a queue and just leaves you there: FOREVER.

Shockingly bad - not fit for purpose
The app doesn’t work for me on either an Apple or Android phone. I cannot log into my account and have not been able to for almost 3 months So I cannot access payment details to change my payment card, which has meant that I get charged an additional £22.50 per month even though it is Marshmallow’s app which is not working.

Tricked into downloading an app and digial ID
Nothing is mentioned about having to use an app to ‘activate’ your car insurance- until after you have paid. Then you have to upload your ID and take a selfie in order to ‘activate’.
Cheaper than other car insurance but no doubt they will be selling all of your data (including your biometrics) to make up for it. Cancelling this bs straight away.
