All ai. This insurance company is run by npcs and when u try and call them an npc answers the phone. If u have an accident and try and claim they do absolutely nothing and when u call them an npc answers and tells u to go on the app and when u go on the app an npc tells u u are in a queue and just leaves you there: FOREVER.

Shockingly bad - not fit for purpose
The app doesn’t work for me on either an Apple or Android phone. I cannot log into my account and have not been able to for almost 3 months So I cannot access payment details to change my payment card, which has meant that I get charged an additional £22.50 per month even though it is Marshmallow’s app which is not working.

Tricked into downloading an app and digial ID
Nothing is mentioned about having to use an app to ‘activate’ your car insurance- until after you have paid. Then you have to upload your ID and take a selfie in order to ‘activate’.
Cheaper than other car insurance but no doubt they will be selling all of your data (including your biometrics) to make up for it. Cancelling this bs straight away.

Only chat first AI no real person. Ask for real person in the chat and finally getting a person on the chat, passed on to another person and their supervisor decides to cancel the policy. Nobody talks on the phone and cancelled the policy due to being a street trader.

Worst company ever , if you don’t pay attention they will make a renewal 3 times more expensive without your aproval. They conduct an agresive bussiness model ! Pay attention !
Cancelled Policy with no reason
They have said I have given wrong information but won’t tell me what information is wrong I put all correct information, hard to get through to customer service aswell.
Too many permission
App is asking for multiple permission such as background refresh, location always and motion tracking. Not sure why they need it.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service and extremely unclear communication. Getting straightforward answers feels unnecessarily difficult, and the way issues are handled leaves you feeling completely unsupported and frustrated. Definitely wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.

Iota cheap, but you will get no customer service, very difficult to claim, under market value (50% of your car value), sudden increase premium. Don’t buy there unless you don’t need protection at all
