Terrible customer service and extremely unclear communication. Getting straightforward answers feels unnecessarily difficult, and the way issues are handled leaves you feeling completely unsupported and frustrated. Definitely wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.

Iota cheap, but you will get no customer service, very difficult to claim, under market value (50% of your car value), sudden increase premium. Don’t buy there unless you don’t need protection at all

Very poor and unprofessional service. I was charged a full month’s insurance premium on the 14th, and just two days later my policy was cancelled without any clear or valid reason.
This is completely unfair and feels like a scam. Taking a full payment and then cancelling the service within days is unacceptable. I am still waiting for a proper explanation and a full refund.
I would strongly advise others to be very careful before using this company.

Torture
They no doubt give you a cheap Insurance, but in case something happens to your car then you will understand the level of customer service they have. They don’t have a contact Center so you cannot call them. The only option is for you to leave a message and they can take her as many days as they like to get back to you.
My car was stolen even after weeks there is no update from them. People who talk to you have zero empathy and you have to understand until they process your claim,You are still paying the car Loan. so the longer you wait you will keep paying car Loan.
I would say if you want to buy their insurance go ahead but don’t count on them if something goes wrong they only add stress to your life at the time when you need an insurance company most.

Changing Car Insurance After Selling My Previous Vehicle
If everything can be done this easily, then it is genuinely very convenient. As someone with hearing difficulties, being able to complete the process online without needing to make a phone call is extremely helpful. I found it very convenient.
