They no doubt give you a cheap Insurance, but in case something happens to your car then you will understand the level of customer service they have. They don’t have a contact Center so you cannot call them. The only option is for you to leave a message and they can take her as many days as they like to get back to you.
My car was stolen even after weeks there is no update from them. People who talk to you have zero empathy and you have to understand until they process your claim,You are still paying the car Loan. so the longer you wait you will keep paying car Loan.
I would say if you want to buy their insurance go ahead but don’t count on them if something goes wrong they only add stress to your life at the time when you need an insurance company most.

Double the price without notice
You will receive an email saying, your policy will automatically renew, but somehow, they forgot to let you know the price was doubled. May, 2026. Ignore the fake 5 star reviews.

I wouldn’t recommend this insurance even if they give you cheap cover don’t fall for it. they’re so scam and it’s completely AI no human or customer service number, 1st they will ask to download there app than ask to upload document and big scam is they will ask to verify ur bank details via link which will be like opening your online banking I mean who does that. I made mistake by not checking for review but I got my insurance cancel. Took me 4-5hrs to speak to agent and get my things sorted.

Worst insurance company ever, no customer service or customer support at all, extremely difficult to get things done work like robots and over charge customers for even updating personal details.
Unable to log in
I am unable to log in to my account. It says to log in to access the account using phone number. Not able to access my account.
Cannot get on app
Had no problem downloading the app but cannot get the verification text to create login. There has to be a better way to access my account beyond an app connected solely to a phone number.
