Shamokin Dam Service 1st office
Will never deal with a regular bank the rest of my life… Because of Service 1st Credit Union. I Will always have a credit union. Love all the employees at the Shamokin Dam branch.
Loans
I had 2 loans from Service 1st and when I went to apply for them both (at the same time) one was for car and another for a personal loan,I was so nervous because I thought I wouldn’t get not any of the loans but I was amazed when I was approved.
I paid both my loans off now .
I want to say thank you thank you thank you Service 1st.
I will highly recommend this institution to all my family and friends if they ask me where is the best institution to get a loan.

Review on Upgrade
My review is regarding the recent upgrade to the app. I prefer the app prior with being able to see my balances on quick view without having to log into my account every time I'm curious too what my balances are. It was more handy, time efficient and spent less screen time on thee phone.
Great app
Love the app. With living out of state it helps make it easier to keep banking with such a great credit union!
Annoying
My favorite feature - and 99% of the time only reason for using the app - is/was the quick view. That feature (at least for me) is gone. I don't have any other use for the app.
I'll wait until the end of the month, but if it isn't back, the app is gone. In the age of cellphones, why keep it? I can just as easily log into my account on the website from my cellphone. It takes the same amount of time and gives more options.

Fix log in screen
I checked to see if my app needed updated and it does not but I cannot access the Face ID or save password function does not show up. This is super annoying every time I want to see my balances I have to type the password in.
