This app is garbage it’s a waste of money loving it loving it.
Worst app I’ve ever downloaded
App continually freezes and has repeated issues. Problems addressed slowly, if ever at all. The only app I’ve ever downloaded that periodically has to be deleted and then reinstalled. Avoid at all costs, if possible!

Can’t copy and paste information from the app, doesn’t allow you to sign and complete and options don’t appear when you complete sections. Constantly closing down app and re opening it to complete tickets.

Data Sync is very slow, it hangs up all the time with latest version.

I have to use this app for work....... I’ve lost count how many times I’ve had to re install this incredibly unstable app....... documents lost..... it is crap.
