Spam Phone Calls
As soon as I installed the app, I started getting repeated unsolicited phone calls from ServicePal’s sales people.

First of all, when you click on terms of service agreement, to read the terms and conditions, it never loads. Secondly, it does not give you the option to delete a job. Even when you click on writing a review inside the settings that option disappears. Just too many glitches on the iPad. Several items inside Settings never responds or never loads.

Not enough info
I give this a 1 star because, no info on what you get for the 3 different price levels and I’ve spent a lot of wasted time trying to delete an invoice and still can’t figure it out. There tutorials or a waste of time when you spend too much time reading and not seeing how to do things and still don’t address the issue you are having.

Perpetual Heating & Cooling
Have been using for about 4yrs now, to get that 5th star need to do some tweaking on the app does what I need, looks professional, you have to play around with it to get the job done. But very satisfied over all compared to the high dollar software that again still not up to what you pay for would highly recommend this app for small and large companies.

Excellent Service and Price
ServicePal has been very, very easy to work with! The app is ideal for building a mobile flat rate/scheduling/payment solution for an HVAC service company. It may not be as all inclusive as other solutions but you don’t need hours of training to work through it. It can be as vast as you want. I downloaded the app for free and spent 30 days setting everything up in my spare time. Didn’t need much help but their response was very prompt when I did have a question.
If you are looking for an inexpensive but powerful solution to going paperless, this is your app.

Superb Service
First, I want to say thanks to Andrew at ServicePal for being very helpful. I am getting ready to open an HVAC business and have looked at nearly all the other service softwares (actually downloaded and operated) I kept finding myself going back to ServicePal over and over. The reason and part of my analysis is: What’s going to be easier for my employees? what’s going to be easier for me running the business? how is my pricing structure going to work within the software I want to use? What functions of a software do I really need and will really be used? What kind of support will I have?
I really liked the good, better, best pricing platform. I’ve set mine up for Standard, 10% off, 20% off which is super flexible and covers everything needed for a customer.
I think ServicePal has a very easy learning curve and is visually comfortable. I can’t say enough about the service and help that I have received. I am glad to be a part of the ServicePal team.

No more written invoices
Simply put, I love this app. Being able to pre-create an invoice to use for the service I am providing for each job saves time and gives the customer professional looking invoices that they can easily read. No more jumbled up hand written invoices for me to spend time writing after being in a hot attic. Additionally, I have needed some technical assistance with importing my customer base into the program and have had very quick response time to my requests. All around a very good investment for my company.

Great app for running my business
This is by far the best app I've found for handling service jobs and forms. Lots of functionality and really simple to use.
Excellent software!
Keeping track of jobs is such a pain and running overtime can snowball into the next jobs. ServicePal shows me all the jobs for the day and lets me quickly and easily make changes to each job on the fly. The invoicing feature and credit card swiping ability built right into the app put it over the top. It is soooo easy to send invoices to customers and take their payments right there and then and even see a past history of payments and work done. ServicePal is well thought out and highly recommended.
