Adding articles
It would be good if we were able to add publications for years before 2021. I am trying to add a watchtower for 2019 but the app does not allow me to add it without the Issue date.

My only complaint is there’s no android version. My friends mostly have android phones but they love the app when I show it off to them.

Excellent app for foreign language field service. Syncs to NW Publisher
I like the way the app allows you to add your field service activity for the previous months. It’s the only app I could find that allowed me to add my activities from my old app and phone. Also, the ability to use gps to locate my return visits is extremely helpful in the ASL field. It also syncs with NW Publisher! Nice feature!

You will love it
Don’t be put off by the small charge for this excellent field service app. The clean interface makes recording easy. I especially like the address look up feature that enters that info for me. Much faster than my fat fingers can type. Other features also excellent and make this app worth every penny. Been using for several years and have found no other as well designed.

I have used many apps for service before, but this Service Planner is definitely one of the best yet. I have been using it for many years now, and just want to Thank You for putting such a useful Service Planner to make our service activity go smoother. RM
Please do different colors for other hours
Schade das der Woche plan nicht in die Planung der Stunden übernommen wird. So muss man jeden Wochentag einzeln nochmal mit der Stunden Anzahl als geplant einstellen

I love this app
I’ve been using and referring this app to many friends. It helps me to get organized and track my progress. The color coding of the notes is an added bonus! The only thing I wish this app had was the synchronization between devices.
My Favorite Service App
I love this app! Out of the few I’ve used, this has been the best. One thing I do miss is having a widget to start my time. I know we can hold the app and start it there but it always opens the app when I do that, so a widget might be better to start and stop the time from there. Thank you for making this!

Por favor gostaria de informar que no momento de enviar o relatório sempre está aparecendo a frase “ Shared in Ministry: No “ mesmo quando tenho horas informadas, então gostaria de sugerir a correção, tradução (Em português poderia ser: Participação no Ministério: Sim, ou Não). Outra opção poderia ser a possibilidade de deixar a mensagem salva para ser usada no momento de enviar. Saudações.

Mac comparability would be great!

Can’t open it
I love this app for my RVs and keeping track of my activity, but today it won’t open. I get the blue screen but nothing comes up. I’ve rebooted my iPad, but nothing. Any ideas?

Just checking... as we're moving forward with the blessing of our new simplified FS report, and won't be reporting placements / RV / videos / etc, I wanted to ask if those fields will still be able in the app...
For instance, it's helpful to know which videos have been shared with a return visit / Bible student, just for my personal records and so I know what the student is working on...

Best IOS Ministry App!
I’ve been struggling to find an app that I like since having to stop using my previous one. This is by far the best app available for IOS. I’m hoping that a few more features could be added soon and it would be even better. I’d love to see it updated so that I can turn off tracking of publications/videos etc or turn it on for personal use. And I’d love to have the option of seeing my calendar view in the Home Screen instead of another tab. This app has so many features that are customizable and I love that. The mapping of RVs is also spot on. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic for field service
Great for busy people that appreciate planning and organization for their personal field ministry. Dropbox sync works good for iPad to iPhone, although the data doesn’t refresh if both apps are open at the same time, so I have to close one and then re-open to see the changes from the other device. Would love iCloud Drive, but understand from the developer Dropbox is the only option for now.

Still loving this app. When my RV is NH I love that it automatically carries over my notes for that visit to the next! I appreciate the activity planning for meeting my personal ministry goals and I’ve become a bit of an evangelist for the app with the other publishers in my congregation.
If I make changes on my phone and then go to my iPad, I do still need to close and re-launch the app to see the latest data. Not expected, but a working solution that as long as I’m aware of is fine.
I would LOVE to see the ability to run ServicePlanner on my 15” MacBook Air M2.

Thanks so much for the feedback! Just to clarify about the sync - it will work fine while the app is open on both devices. It doesn’t happen real time, you may need to wait up to 120 seconds max for changes to push from one device and be pulled onto the other. When you background or open the app it forces an immediate sync. Hope that clarifies things.
