Nice .. When it Works
I’ve been using when delivering Meals on Wheels in Will County, Illinois. Very few volunteers are willing to use it but I decided to give it a try and prefer it over using multiple forms. Today, though, the app didn’t work, so back to juggling paper forms.
Pretty good
Just started using this app for MOW, generally works smoothly. A couple of suggestions, making “Delivered” status obvious. Secondly, with modern smart cars, especially EVs, that are perfect for this frequent stops service, make transferring the next address to the car simple. That will save a lot of time. (E.g. one can transfer address to a Tesla in 2 clicks if this app supports it. )

Route reorganization
It would make the app much more useful if the drivers could reorder the clients on the route list.

We are using this app as the sole documentation for delivery to 1500+ clients each week. This allows us the flexibility to send information to volunteers anywhere, as well as record all the information from their successful and non-successful deliveries. More importantly than that, this allows a direct connection to our central office for all of the information, including the results of welfare checks on our clients at a every delivery. Developer has been very responsive when we have encountered difficulties, ensuring those were resolved and the app was performing as needed. Highly recommend!

hard to use,buggy, no updates...
This is one of those applications that I download when I must use it and then delete it as soon as I am done. thankfully, my meals on wheels center does not require us to use it, except in an emergency. My primary gripe? It collects personal information not required for it to be useful.
But is is also buggy, doesn’t match up with what we actually do, and hasn’t been updated in more than four years. Today’s example... driver comments aren’t being saved for some reason.

Highly Intuitive. In Need of a Little Facelift
I just started using this app but I feel like I’ve been using it for as long as I have been using Outlook. One mild complaint is the UI feels a bit dated. But, function must come before form, and this app nails functionality.
Great app but...
...if I followed the route I’d be back and forth all over the place. It seems to randomly place new clients wherever. It’d be really nice to have control over the order of the route...
Used it today and it worked great.
No issues used it with Google Maps for directions. It is user friendly enough for me.
Frustrating!
I can’t mark more than one stop as delivered without closing out the app and signing back in. So frustrating!
Could be a great app
I used the app for my volunteer work. The concept is good but there are certain issues that needs to be addressed. Every now and then, after clicking on the map, I get kicked out of the app and need to sign in again which is a hassle since I’m driving. The deliver button sometimes works and doesn’t work. I was told that once I hit the deliver button, it should move me forward to the next recipient on the route. This doesn’t and hasn’t happened.

Tempramental at times
I’ve been delivering for Meals on Wheels for several months. The map link is very useful in finding addresses on routes I have not driven before. The app also provides up to date contact information for the clients and allows me to record which clients received their meals. I would have given this app 5 stars but lately sometimes the app fails to record which meals have been delivered. I have learned that I am not the only one at our center experiencing this issue.

Nice but could be much better.
I am a driver for Meals on Wheels. Actually, a substitute driver, but i often drive 2 or 3 days per week when I am in town. So, as a sub, you have to do many different routes. This app is great when you are not familiar with the route and need directions. Where I feel it could be much better is in the Menu/meal, drink, and salad. There is so much to read through. A lot of unnecessary words which slows you down and can even confuse you. There should be about 3 things at the top.. Example : Main Meal ; hot, cold , frozen.. Salad: Regular, Dash, and Soft. Drink : Milk. . This would help me tremendously . I tried to give this feedback to my program manager but she really didn't seem interested. I am hoping someone will consider this and check with other drivers about possible shortening the verbiage on the app and only including necessary information... Thanks for listening.

Meal Delivery App
This app allows our Meals on Wheels drivers to use the GPS on their phone to provide navigation instructions. It gives our organization real time feedback on delivered meals, and alerts us when a client is not at home. It also reduces ou paper usage, as the driver does not need printed instructions.
