What's New in Set
2.0.0
September 13, 2026
Set 2.0 brings your whole training loop together—from planning and importing workouts to running sessions, understanding readiness, and choosing what comes next. New - A loop-first onboarding introduces Set without requesting permissions and helps you choose units, a weekly goal, and optional starting maxes. - On iOS 27 and later, Generate Workout builds Strength, Hypertrophy, or Conditioning sessions that you can review, regenerate, start, save, or schedule. - A new import experience brings Camera, Photos, files, text, and Open Workout sources into one clear review flow. - Set Unlimited adds shareable 30-day, 90-day, and custom trend reports. Conditioning Output estimates appear when enough session data is available. Improved - Load Check now explains its Health, training-history, soreness, planned-workout, effort, and lift-freshness inputs in one transparent source view. - Workout imports and percentage/RPE scans show real processing stages before review. - Generated workouts offer more variety, clearer loading rules, and better in-place recovery when a request needs another try. Fixed - Planned-workout edits save more reliably, quick actions return to the expected screen, and bar-path review handles corrected targets and uncertain physical calibration more conservatively. Also in this release - Analyze one-rep bar-path clips up to 20 seconds long. - Tap a workout load or its unit to edit with the decimal keyboard. - Training preferences save correctly when another edit is pending. - Existing Squat Clean maxes now show barbell loading visuals. Photo and PDF workout imports require iOS 27 or later. Text and Open Workout Markdown imports remain available on all supported iOS versions.
