What's New in SetBook

1.1.3

July 29, 2026

Fixes for musicians whose trial has ended. • Your gigs are yours. See every gig you're invited to, RSVP, and keep your profile up to date — no subscription needed. • Clearer account status. The app no longer shows conflicting messages about when your trial ends. • No more dead ends. Buttons and menus now match what your account can actually do, so nothing sends you to a screen you can't use. • Friendlier errors. If something can't be saved, the app says why in plain language instead of showing a technical message — and keeps what you typed.

Nothing like it!

Truly a one of kind app! I couldn’t be more pleased with the efficiency of this app. It has brought order to chaos is multiple areas including band organization, personal scheduling, and communication. So worth it!

Every musicians needs this

After going through so many different apps for setlists, gig info, setting up payments, etc., I finally found an app that has it all in one, easy to navigate place. No matter if you gig every once in a while or several times a week, SetBook takes all the stress out of gigs and helps you focus on what matters: the music. I seriously wouldn’t consider using any other platform for organizing gigs with me or a band. The developer also responds to all questions or concerns regarding accessibility and is always open to new ideas. The only thing you’ll regret is that you didn’t download SetBook sooner.

A thoughtfully designed app for working musicians

QSetBook brings together nearly everything a working musician needs to manage gigs in one organized and easy to use app. Instead of keeping song charts, setlists, schedules, payment information, and band communications in different places, SetBook puts them all into one streamlined system.

The chart library is especially useful. Musicians can organize songs by title, artist, key, tags, and notes, include Spotify and YouTube links, and quickly share charts with bandmates. Creating and rearranging setlists is simple, and the Gig View provides a clean, readable format that is practical during rehearsals and live performances.

The gig management features go well beyond a basic calendar. You can create events, add the location, schedule, call time, dress code, compensation, and notes, attach the appropriate setlist, and invite other musicians. Band members can accept or decline invitations, which can eliminate much of the confusion and endless group messaging that often comes with coordinating a band.

I also appreciate the earnings section, which makes it easy to track what has been earned, what is pending, what is overdue, and what is expected from upcoming gigs. That is a valuable feature for musicians who treat their work as a business but may not have a formal system for managing payments.

The app has a clean, modern design, and the information is presented clearly without feeling cluttered. It is obvious that SetBook was created with a real understanding of how musicians prepare for, coordinate, and perform gigs.

This is much more than a setlist app. It is a comprehensive gig management platform that can make life significantly easier for working musicians, bandleaders, worship teams, and anyone who regularly performs with others.

FINALLY EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE!!

I've been using SetBook for a few gigs now and it's replaced the mess of group texts and spreadsheets I used to run everything out of. Building setlists is quick, my whole band can see them, and I love that I can track who's been paid without chasing anyone down. It just does what a gigging musician actually needs, without the clutter. Highly recommend if you play out regularly.
