NOT WORKING
All I get is a white screen. This app is not working at all. How am I supposed to see all of my information?

App No Longer Works
Initially this app worked fine, but here of late it doesn’t all. Just a white screen that does absolutely nothing.
Won’t work
The app won’t open or do anything. I open it up and it’s just a white screen. It used to work but not now. I can’t even try to log in to see what’s going on with my stuff. That’s awesome.

This app Doesn’t work and now there is no developer website . Is this even legitimate anymore? I have no way to contact or get my issue resolved
Can’t open app
It takes a long time to pay off your debt. It doesn’t show progress—you don’t know how much you’ve paid or how much you have left. The only thing you can see on there is the original debt, which is useless.
Never has worked
I have tried for a year, yes a year to log in. It tells me to register. Then it says I’m already registered to login. I go to login it say to register. I tried to reset my password, tonight I finally got it to send me a link to reset my password. It sent it to my email I hit the link button. And I get a white screen nothing else. I have trust Spring Legal Group to do right by me. I don’t know I can’t get into my account. I’ve told Global no help. I called Spring 3 times to get help and no fix has been found. Is the technology so advance their IT can’t fix this. I didn’t have no problem until the change was made and SETL changed it. They have done something and I am in a legal mess. When you can’t get your lawyer attention you have no legal representation but ever month they take my money. Can I get a lawyer to represent me from Spring and fix this.

Needs update for iOS 15.
I am unable to view my account after updating to the new iOS. I am currently running 15.0.1 and cannot access my account. Please update the app.

I liked having the information at the tip of my fingers. But now the app is just a blank screen. I’ve tried everything and it seems they may have just stopped supporting it?

I suddenly can’t log in to my account and the forgot password but doesn’t not work properly. In fact it takes me to a different app not to reset my password my account isn’t up to date.

Pretty Sound UI/UX Interface w/ Ease of Access
Just want to say thank you. This is just perfect for myself and all the craziness I have to keep track of while on the go. Now I can quickly send correspondence when necessary without having to rely on a web browser and can instantly get notifications making life simply mobile.
