App won’t open - worthless
Don’t waste you time downloading the app. It doesn’t work.
App will not open! Crashes Immediately?!? Trash!
This app won’t even open, it crashes immediately before even getting to a login screen. I’ve closed all other apps and still nothing. How is this acceptable?

Our city we work for chose these guys and I can never log in to check my balance or anything else. Worst site I’ve ever seen Should be a negative star they don’t deserve the one star
Login is unpredictable
Appears they don’t maintain this app and anytime apple does an OS upgrade the app fails. You can tell they don’t make money from

Buggy, basic
Major bug with FaceID - despite reinstalling the app crashes immediately after faceID login. Credentialed login fortunately works fine. Ugh.
