What's New in SetsRepsWheels

1.6

October 24, 2026

Rest timer, rebuilt. The rest now runs on the logging screen instead of taking it over. A grey wash drains down as the rest passes, the seconds sit beside the title, and a tap ends it. The wheels stay usable the whole time. Pick up where you left off. If iOS closes the app while your phone is in your pocket, reopening it within the hour returns you to the exercise you were on, with everything you had logged and every number still set. See what you have logged. The exercise list marks the ones already done, and you can still go back to them. Support for iPhone Duo. Apple Watch. Opening the Watch mid-workout again offers to continue the session. The rest timer on the Watch works like the phone’s, and a rest in progress now follows the workout between your devices. Also: moving to the next exercise is easier to see, aerobic sessions behave better alongside the rest timer, and several fixes to the Watch hand-over.
