During 2020, setters transitioned from an office and in-person system to a remote-first model. This application is part of a new toolset of delivery methods that will complement previous client solutions. We don't expect that in-person event delivery will ever completely disappear, but remote learning for industrial health, safety, environment & efficiency requirements is a natural progression. Setters hope that there will never be another business interruption like in 2020, just as no one would want any crisis or disaster to occur. Every time that we're needed to provide complete remote support, training and coaching, our new suite of digital delivery tools will be available. These tools will be combined with our bespoke learning management system. The latest technology will help setters do what they've always done - protect, forewarn, forearm, and guide as many people as possible through the challenges of work.
