Hi, and thank you for giving Collect a chance despite the trouble. You were completely right — your subscription was active the whole time, and the app should have recognized it. The fault was ours: a bug made the app check the wrong subscription flag, so it failed to unlock valid, paid subscriptions and sent people back to the paywall. It's now fixed and the update is live. Just open (or update) the app and your Pro access will unlock automatically. Hi Emily, I'm truly sorry — you paid and the app failed to unlock, and that's entirely on us. You did nothing wrong. A bug caused the app to not recognize valid purchases, which is also why "Restore" came up empty even though your subscription clearly shows under your Apple account. We've fixed it and the update is now live — open or update the app and your Pro access will unlock automatically.
