Inconsistent with website
Active app discount does not work also different delivery prices compared to website
False discounts to download app
They advertise an APP20 discount when using mobile, this does not work. It registers the discount code but doesn’t affect any prices.

You will not get 20% off all purchases. I tried a few different item and whilst saying it had applied the value in the basket stayed the same.

App does not work
The app can not process simple commands. Have been trying to check out for 20 minutes and it is continually loading.

Impossible Site
The response time on both the app and website is non existent. It’s impossible to even get onto the site most times. Do they actually want to sell anything? Sort out your website and app response times please. The worst I’ve ever come across!
