Appropriate for a full time secretary or travel advisor but very complicated for a leisure traveler to fill out multiple times on their own.

You guys were ahead of the game at the start of covid and now the app is seamless. Easy to use, especially after the first time when stored basic info is reused. Fast response. 10/10. Well done.
App incomplete
App does not allow for entry by sea, or entry by Entry by aéroplane and then exit by sailing vessel or vice versa

Not working
App refuses to let me enter any details when trying to check my application status. Have tried deleting it and reinstalling but still no joy, just a frozen screen.
Not well designed
The feature to scan the passport chip assumes that user’s phone has NFC. No NFC and there’s no alternative option to upload passport details through the app. Bravo! Well done!

Travelling to Seychelles E-Border
Easy and hassle free. Reply within minutes. Heard lots of bad reviews about it but honestly there is nothing to worry about. It was straight forward.
Boat choices incomplete
I am trying to register also so are 24 other people. Your system does not recognize the M/Y Pegasus of Variety Cruises, which is based there. How am I to do this? URGENT…the group is arriving on Sept 11 and 12.

Hello, we're sorry to hear that you are having issues. As per current requirements, passengers arriving via sea do not have to complete the Travel Authorisation in order to travel to the Seychelles. Because of this, you will not be able to enter the name of your cruise ship on the app or website. OMG! This app is so cool!
This app is amazing. I recently put my passport on the improved Passport.app application (trip-saving app you’ll have to try yourself). Turns out that the Seychelles travel app talks to Passport.app to securely upload your passport info! No more dragging out my passport for the millionth time for more travel paperwork. This app is easy to use and hassle free. Seychelles here I come!

Smooth Process for Getting Seychelles Travel Authorization
This app does a great job helping you get all of the needed documentation together for Seychelles travel authorization. There’s a minimum of unnecessary data entry (home address and hotel field fill are nice touches). And the authorization is even available in Apple Wallet.

This is my second time traveling to Seychelles and it is much improved over previous paper based process
