Best option for bus time check
I found the app to be user-friendly, even displaying the bus type (double) and considering the puncher in time. There were no bugs encountered during my usage.

The app consistently fails to reflect the actual arrival of buses. On numerous occasions, especially between 8:00am and 8:30am, buses that arrive are not even listed on the app. This kind of misinformation happens almost every day, making the app highly unreliable.
This is not just a minor inconvenience. It is a major flaw that misleads users, affects time planning, and results in unnecessary delays and lateness. People depend on this app to coordinate their schedules, and such frequent inaccuracies are unacceptable.

Does not differentiate variants of bus
Used to be good, it appears to no longer be up kept.
App does not show the variant of the bus or shows it inaccurately. Have feedback this but did not receive any acknowledgement nor seen any improvement.

Great app lah
but i wish it has the function to copy the bus stop’s address onto google maps to search for the bus stop (because google map annoyingly isn’t bus stop number friendly and its hard to locate bus stops via bus stop numbers). Appreciate the work nonetheless!
Disturbing notices
The notification about the third party, providing data keeps popping up which is very disturbing
