Best option for bus time check
I found the app to be user-friendly, even displaying the bus type (double) and considering the puncher in time. There were no bugs encountered during my usage.

I would like to strongly condemn the persistent inaccuracy of your bus app, particularly in relation to Bus 39, which I rely on almost daily. If users were to depend solely on the app’s information, they would frequently encounter serious issues.
The app consistently fails to reflect the actual arrival of buses. On numerous occasions, especially between 8:00am and 8:30am, buses that arrive are not even listed on the app. This kind of misinformation happens almost every day, making the app highly unreliable.
This is not just a minor inconvenience. It is a major flaw that misleads users, affects time planning, and results in unnecessary delays and lateness. People depend on this app to coordinate their schedules, and such frequent inaccuracies are unacceptable.
The current state of the app is completely unreliable and causes more frustration than assistance. It urgently needs to be fixed or replaced with a system that actually reflects real-time bus movement with accuracy.

Does not differentiate variants of bus
Used to be good, it appears to no longer be up kept.
App does not show the variant of the bus or shows it inaccurately. Have feedback this but did not receive any acknowledgement nor seen any improvement.

Great app lah
but i wish it has the function to copy the bus stop’s address onto google maps to search for the bus stop (because google map annoyingly isn’t bus stop number friendly and its hard to locate bus stops via bus stop numbers). Appreciate the work nonetheless!
Disturbing notices
The notification about the third party, providing data keeps popping up which is very disturbing

This popup appears on every single app open, it has been for several months now. Not sure whether the times can be trusted or what but its getting pretty annoying

Think the app is really steady for SG users, but it could really be made better with live activity or widgets. I use other weather apps widget but i think the app could be more popular if it comes with widget!
12am bus at jb sentral timing
Please organise bus timing jb sentral to larkin, i use to check timing use this apps and saw there buses the timing is just different 1minute to go destination(jb sentral) that means one of the bus wasted our time and wrong timing,its been few days there no buses to larkin jb, waiting for 45m we all tiring so bad standing waiting for bus, is quiet tough n tired cause we working very long time hours n waiting bus without sitting is tiring 😭. What happen??

Bus Timing
I am a regular user as a student traveling to school and it was useable giving timing with 1~2 minutes error rate. HOWEVER, it has been getting worse nowadays, getting to 10 minutes and giving wrong timings. JUST TODAY, i opened the app and it said 9 minutes so i went out giving it 3 minutes error rate as it takes me about 7 minutes to walk to the bus stop. When i reached the bus stop, the app changed and said 19 minutes. this cost me to be late for class which is fine but this frequent error has been getting unbelievable. please fix ur app

My girlfriend used 2 apps for the mrt map and the bus timings, but why use 2 apps when you can just use 1! Thank you BusLeh, you make my life very easy with your sibei zhun timing (most of the time) you very brother

Love the persona of this app, the features and function are standard. The only thing I felt can take it further is to incorporate with notification when to alight. A request I hope the developer can take note is, can you enable it to be accessible by iPhone automation? I want it to trigger by location / timing.

It’s not that accurate and it almost always can’t tell the number of bus stops before the bus comes. Whenever it says 3 min it’s never 3 min

I have been using this app since 2017 or so and no issues at all but one thing that made me rate 1 star is their customer service. The MRT map was missing the TEL and I reached out to them to update it. My email was completely ignored twice. I was not expecting anything in return but a simple thank you would be appreciated. I know it sounds petty but bad customer service just ruins the whole company.
