Scrap it and start again
This is probably one of the worst ordering apps I’ve ever used. Not only will it crash frequently, but also will give error codes when trying to search for a product. It will frequently start to load a searched product (one that I’ve ordered before), and then default to the 13000 odd options with Tito’s always at the top. My wife works in phones and software, I have several friends that work in software, and one that specifically designs and builds mobile apps and websites. They all agree that this is an abysmal offering, and 1000’s of other companies, both larger and smaller, have their stuff together, so why can’t SG figure it out?

Every-time you are on a certain item and wants to go back there is no back button …you have to close the app and go back in again

Week after week the app gets worse and worse and now it just doesn’t load anything

New look same trashy performance
Nothing has changed just a new look. Still the cart dont load. Takes forever to pull the product information etc

New update really made a huge difference. It used to fail to load up earlier. Now it’s night and day difference.
Stopped Working After Last Update
Since last update the app does not display any search results. The only way I can see items is from the previous ordered list. Uninstalled and reinstalled but still does not work on iPhone 16
App Does Not Work!!
Horrible app. Nothing works after the major update. Can’t search. Can’t pay bills. Impossible to navigate the site bc keeps crashing and asking for new login. PLEASE FIX!!! How could you possibly think this was ready to role out!!!!

This app is horrific to use. I manage a liquor store and dread with all of my soul every time I have to use it. Upgrades did nothing. Brand new iPad, and both older iPads, same thing. Garbage. Horrific. It is not the fault of Apple.
Wayyyy better after the update
Sheeshhhhh since the new update the app is 100 times better from what it used to be. It loads up way faster and interface is nicer too.
Only issue is when i pull up the deals for any product and i search anything else straight from the top, the pop up from the deals from last product doesn’t go away automatically like it does on the website. I hope they’ll fix that too.
