App still needs a lot of work, with the constantly need to log back in every time you close app is frustrating. The app lacks appeal and style, wish it had the reveal feature that psa offers on their app. I will update as time goes but my first time using it to grade and I see a lot of need to upgrade several features.

Bad app
This is so horrible. I made an account a long time ago and I’m trying to login and every time it says I have the wrong password so every time I reset it and try it it says wrong password or username then it kicks me Out and I can’t use it or try again for 24 hours. Do not download this app is Horrible

Has always been a buggy app
The app is OK for what it is but not great and it’s very buggy the freezing upon opening has been around for the life of the app and they never fix it. Having to sign back in every time I open the app is also annoying

Card Sorting
If you could sort your cards after you import them that would be fantastic. 5 stars if that gets done

UPDATE THE APP FOR IPAD PRO/LANDSCAPE
SGC, I ask that you please update this app, similar to PSA’s app with the latest update pushed in the last 2-4 weeks, to function on the iPad/iPad Pro with landscape orientation. This app is nice but useless to me the way it is now because it’s tailored to iPhone screens only. I have no idea who in their right mind would use an iPhone to enter submissions but, the iPad Pro with a keyboard/trackpad and Apple Pencil is 1,000x better for anything like that. I currently use the website because the app isn’t setup to function correctly on an iPad or iPad Pro in landscape orientation. Use the corporate overload who bought the company and ask them to implement the same functionality (at least as far as for landscape/iPad use) that they implemented recently in the PSA app, please!

The app struggles with basic functionality. The download scan/picture function for cards is mostly broken. App needs to be linked with sales data to be useful.

Nice but some bugs exist
The app is nice and very easy to use. When logging in the spinner does not stop. You have to close and reopen app. Cards do not transfer to My Cards after order has completed. Setting it n profile was properly set.

App is constantly freezing
I like the card grading service but the app constantly freezes up. Tried in-installing and re-installing and the issue still persists. Like some features of the app though but it just constantly freezes to where it makes it un usable..
Super late shipping
I ordered four cards for normal grading and it said the turn around time was 5-10 days. It has been a month and still no cards. The email that got sent to me that it was expected on a Thursday and it has said that it is in a city across the country and it is Saturday.
Loading Issue
I still get the loading issue that has supposedly been fixed. After log in, it just loads continuously. I have to delete the app and reinstall it each time for it to work. The heading company itself is great but the app is a major pain and disappointment.
