it let me use the promo once and got $4 off. now it says my rewards balance is $45 and it doesn’t let me use any of it while trying to order online. scam.

Basically, it’s a 10% discount on food for downloading the app, which in my mind is generous. The food is amazing, the people are great, what more could you ask for? Enjoy!
Deceiving Promos/Loyalty Program
I downloaded the app to use the $50 loyalty for food however you are only allowed to use under $3 per time you order because it already says you’re redeeming loyalty funds through a discount that doesn’t reflect in the basket. If I have only entrees and get a free dessert(although I have no dessert in my cart), my subtotal is still the same even though it says I am using loyalty funds to pay for, what I’m assuming is tax. It’s scam and shouldn’t even been offered as an option. The previous owner just had coupons in-store which was better to redeem and they actually honored it for frequent guests.
