NOT WORTH THE MONEY!
For someone who “teaches” shadow work - but gets SO triggered by me correcting a spelling error she had made, she then blocked me when I was being genuine and came from a place of love and kindness. I think if someone gets triggered and rude over a harmless correction, she should not be teaching others shadow work. Biggest scam. She needs to grow up.

So much to learn from this app
Since using this app I have felt such a shift in my life! I have ADHD and often find committing to any kind of self development journey difficult cos as soon as I lose my sense of direction I get bored and give up 🥲but this app takes you on a clear journey through different topics with a mix of video and text based content as well as journal prompts to delve deeper into yourself, I personally find it so helpful as it keeps me accountable to myself and I don’t get bored or lazy cos there’s a clear path to follow
