These trackers don’t work. They lock up, can’t get real time locations, addresses not accurate. I would not recommend these to anyone.

Good app when it works. Location gets stuck and freezes at one location. My trucks have been frozen in one location for eight months now. Tried calling and nobody has called me back. I don’t have time to deal with this. I know the problem is on their end. I’m getting sick of this. I really want it to work but I’m loosing faith Please just fix your product !!!

Mobile App will bump you out before you can locate your units. The app on the PC is also a joke.
The worst support and tracking system
The people are terrible to work with. Be aware of the sales guy Larry. He talks a good game. But the company as a whole is terrible. Find someone else.

Having to delete app and reinstall on iPad every 2-3 days to make it work. Works fine on iPhone.

Meets my Needs
I see other people saying it’s has not been working for them. I will say the desktop version was not very good, but on my phone it’s great. Consistently shows the location of my truck and has 10-15 second refresh which for me it’s more than enough. I use it strictly for tracking as a security measure.
It seems that other people may not be satisfied with its services as they may need additional services or a real time GPS. But if you just need security to know where your assets are and keep your drivers honest it’s been extremely helpful.

Good … when it works
This tracker app is good, when it works. The last few days it has not been tracking. Our trucks look like they’re standing still on the freeway or showing they’re in a different town, etc. we called a couple of times to report the problem, but there was no answer “due to high volume of calls”. We left a message instead, as they requested, twice, to get a call back, which never happened.

With all the tech improvements in this world right now in terms of map this app should give more details and knowledge about the location of the bus and make improvements from the driver as well as the viewers end
worst tracking app
more often than not, it doesn’t let you log in for long periods of time. The tracking part also breaks often and isn’t accurate with where the shuttle actually is.

Does not work half the time spoke with customer service and they said it is in the app and it would be corrected and still no working right they always give excuses and never sole the problems say app must be updated and that’s been 6 months ago and still not working right!
