I’ve been using shaghlaty for a few weeks now, and while the features are decent, the lack of customer service after 3 PM is incredibly frustrating. Problems don’t stick to a schedule, and having no support available in the evening makes the app feel unreliable.
For example, I had an issue with my order , and when I reached out after 3 PM, I was met with silence. Waiting until the next day for help isn’t ideal, especially when other apps offer 24/7 customer service.
If you’re someone who works odd hours or might need help later in the day, this app might not be the best fit. Until they improve their support availability, I can’t fully recommend it.

يعني اكثر من مرة سويت طلب اعادة تعين كامة السر و يوصل الي الرمز و احطه و اغير الرمز و التطبيق ما يستجاب و هذه مو اول مرة تصير لي

طلبت منهم اريكة يقوي اظافره بيها واجتني القطع عبارة عن كارتون ويا خشبة والسعر٢٦ الف على شنو بالضبط عالخشبة؟! واصلاً بالوصف مكاتبين وصف كافي يبين شنو نوعها ولا الصور للقطع حاطين.
