Horrible app! Nothing works on it. Cannot order pick up, cannot contact support. Cannot get credit for points.
Orders not received by restaurant
I tried to order via the app on two separate occasions (Feb 2026 & Jun 2026). Each time I got an error that the order was not placed but when I looked at my order history, I could see the order that I placed. One the first occasion I arrived at the restaurant and the associate said that they did not see an order for me. I called the restaurant on the second occasion and they confirmed that they had not received any order from me.
Also, I could not customize the sauce options. I had to leave notes regarding the sauces, which were never seen because the restaurant did not receive my order.

Unfortunately useless (UPDATED)
Update May 2026: the QR code is now accepted at the mentioned store.
I made my account seeing that you can scan a QR code to apply the reward points for in-person orders. When I showed them my QR code they tried to get it to work but their system for scanning the QR code was "not activated".

Horrible app. Reward points disappeared. I trying to contact support via app. After I wrote my concern you can’t submit it. The button to submit just won’t work. Trying restating the app still noting.

Two stars seemed harsh but I was wrong
This app sucks. Can't even search for the actual store location a mile away let alone my home address. App is literally unusable as you're required to select a location before ordering.

App won’t allow me to find the restaurant even when I’m at the restaurant, I have no way to place online orders and there’s no way to add points to my account from purchases made. Very disappointing because I love their food.

Don’t waste your time downloading this app. It doesn’t work to create a profile for user - address function repeatedly failed. Deleted app!
