Horrible app! Nothing works on it. Cannot order pick up, cannot contact support. Cannot get credit for points.
Orders not received by restaurant
I tried to order via the app on two separate occasions (Feb 2026 & Jun 2026). Each time I got an error that the order was not placed but when I looked at my order history, I could see the order that I placed. One the first occasion I arrived at the restaurant and the associate said that they did not see an order for me. I called the restaurant on the second occasion and they confirmed that they had not received any order from me.
Also, I could not customize the sauce options. I had to leave notes regarding the sauces, which were never seen because the restaurant did not receive my order.

Unfortunately useless (UPDATED)
Update May 2026: the QR code is now accepted at the mentioned store.
I made my account seeing that you can scan a QR code to apply the reward points for in-person orders. When I showed them my QR code they tried to get it to work but their system for scanning the QR code was "not activated".

They will not get back to your emails. App was designed by amateurs.
