Horrific Customer Service - DO NOT ORDER DIRECT

I originally ordered from Yoyo Chicken via the Uber Eats marketplace and had a fantastic experience. So when the restaurant included a $10 discount for placing my next order direct, I used it expecting similar service. Unfortunately, there were several issues with the app and the management at the Fresh Meadows location.
First, when I entered my address into the delivery field, it pre-filled with my address and I clicked to select - unfortunately though, it passed through only my street without the street number to the delivery provider (Uber). This was resolved by calling the driver myself because the store reported they could do nothing about it.
Next, once my order was delivered, the courier took a photo for proof of delivery and then picked up my order and left with it. I offered to send the video from my ring camera to the restaurant and they implored me to sort it out with Uber. I called Uber merchant services because Uber Eats could not support me as a customer directly given that I didn’t order through their marketplace. Uber’s Merchant support required that the store team call to report the issue in order to issue a refund.
I called the store and made the team aware of this and they promised a call back “in a few hours” once they saw what they could do.
The next day, when I’d not received my call back, I called the store again to request support. I provided the store lead the number for Uber Merchant support and my order’s delivery ID as well as my contact information.
9 hours later, when I had not heard back, I called the restaurant again and was told that it had been determined there was nothing they could do to service the issue. IF considering ordering from Yoyo Chicken, definitely do so through a food delivery marketplace to protect yourself!

App is useless. Unable to make orders
Tried to sign up or check out and asks for your phone number. After entering it will still keep asking you for your phone number and put you in an endless cycle where you can’t place your order
No code
The app looks great. However, I do not receive a code when I enter my phone number to place an order.
