Sohail
My first try and I love how easy the ride was 😌
Very bad experience with top up nol
I topped up online and charged. After few days when I was trying to catch the bus it showed empty balance and made me delay at top up counter due to no staff. I had to run deadly to catch the bus due to this delay
Poorly designed
Does not scan the card . And even after adding the card manually it does not show
Unreliable
Unreliable app, doesn’t update on the bus delays and all buses that is mentioned was never on time! Especially in Abu Hail area! Areas that is not accessible to any metro is never smooth at all miserable waiting for buses that was not even there at all!
Earbuds
I forgot my earbuds in hala texi
F55 bus route is always late.
The 4:30pm bus scheduled is always late for 15-20mins despite of the weather is too hot and there’s no shade or waiting area from bus stop DWC offices park 2 to expo metro. This wasn’t even rectified. We are always waiting for long time under the sun as it’s showing in the app the arrival timing and shoes departure time from Google app itself. I hope this can be addressed.
