Misleading navigation

The app is pretty dumb/outdated. It doesn’t know the difference between the metro green line and the red line. It’ll take you to a metro station saying it’s a red line but it really isn’t. Main advantage is that you can use it without paying for cellular data

Not at all what I expected…

The app is great to view all the departures and arrivals from and to a stop anywhere in Dubai which is really helpful. I thought that we would be able to just navigate to any place in Dubai like Google maps in Dubai but I’m so wrong. If you think that this app is like maps then please don’t misunderstand.

Good ui but bus time is not accurate
Nol card function is good but need to add trips info details in history

Not bus routes

App doesn’t show the bus times or the bus routes properly. Sometimes while searching for a route, the app refreshs by itself. It’s very annoying to use. Not at all user friendly.

Difficult to plan route

Very difficult to plan a route between two points if your not at that location.
Not user friendly difficult to navigate.
Simple time table with buses would be great

Not possible to find bus status

I’m a frequent traveller of dubai rta buses

Now not possible to find bus status and live route map

Before showing live bus running status.

Also nearby clicking time , bus details very low and one bus clicking time upcoming time not get

That service also before available.

Also not finding which stop we are sitting after we clicking a bus route,and which bus stop now bus is reached ,
Not find properly….

This is my suggestion and can you include live bus status and bus number wise route checking options..??

App not working

Im a frequent app user and from some days im not able to search for bus timings and i tried to reinstall the app now im not even able to login.
The app is not optimised at all.
This is really sad being one of the main app for rta
Please optimise the app as soon as possible.

* I can’t search for today with before current time
* if I book taxi and reach earlier at bus stop, earlier times not able to search.

So this update make me to use google instead of Sahel app

Barely functional app

The taxi booker does not have tracking at all. It does not even tell if it arrived or not. I waited 30 mins in the sun for my ride but eventually gave up and canceled.

Bad update in the name of UI

The old app was so nice., It was able to pin point the bus stops properly giving the timings of buses at whatever time we request, this update is so bad it doesn't even mention the name of the stops

Issues with the latest version

App is not user friendly after the recent updates. The layout, features and design in nothing close compared to the older version. The overall look and feel of the app needs to changed to make it more consistent and convenient for the user.
