Had placed an order .. it shows unfulfilled after 3 days .. no support from customer care.. I had paid money as well and there is no option to cancel and get refund.. Please stay away from them

Worst experience always
I’ve had the worst experience with this app. Every time I order something using cash on delivery, they keep calling me to change the payment method to prepaid. It’s extremely irritating and makes the whole process frustrating. If you don’t want to offer cash on delivery, then why even list it as an option on the app? This is misleading and wastes the customer’s time. Worst service ever!
