Had placed an order .. it shows unfulfilled after 3 days .. no support from customer care.. I had paid money as well and there is no option to cancel and get refund.. Please stay away from them

Worst experience always
I’ve had the worst experience with this app. Every time I order something using cash on delivery, they keep calling me to change the payment method to prepaid. It’s extremely irritating and makes the whole process frustrating. If you don’t want to offer cash on delivery, then why even list it as an option on the app? This is misleading and wastes the customer’s time. Worst service ever!

Pathetic app which doesn’t work properly.
Cannot login to my account
After the recent update I cannot login to my account neither through email nor through mobile number. Upon entering otp in both cases the page keeps loading denying acces to my account. Kindly fix this.

Guyz please think before you get product from this site, i got pedigree gravy of 90packs for 3100, finally my pets got skin allergy soo yes please think before you get any food items here
