I have a very strong review.
1. Sometimes quality is good, sometimes it’s bad. I’d rather order from local store. The convenience factor has gone for a toss.
2. They provided raw papaya which was edible after 6 days.
3. They provided custard apple which got smashed in the container itself.
4. When the items were missing, I called customer support. They said the items were delivered. Lol. Who does that? They are least bothered to check. They trust their delivery boys more than the customer.
5. If the time slot is chosen, sometimes they will come so early because they had some delivery scheduled in the same location. What’s the point of selecting the slot then? He came to deliver 5:30 am in the morning.
6. The worst part : If they provide you the refund, you cannot use that entire refund amount for your next purchase. For example - if they refund you 1000/- in pluckk account, you can only use 100/- per order.

This is the bitter truth of this team. If you raise a quality complaint with proofs, they answer you in this way.!! However, I am not going to use it further. Thank you Pluckk for your services.
