Customer support is a joke for them. Extremely disappointing experience lately.
You place an order, select a delivery time slot, and expect the most basic thing, for the order to be delivered within the slot you selected. But apparently, the customer’s time doesn’t matter anymore.
What’s worse is the response from customer support when you raise a complaint: “We will deliver it as soon as possible, but we cannot commit to a timeline.” Then why offer time slots to customers in the first place? If the company cannot honour the delivery slot, it shouldn’t be presented as an option.
I’ve been a regular customer and have personally referred several people because I genuinely trusted the quality and service. But lately, almost every order has been delayed, and the response from customer support is nothing more than a generic apology with absolutely no ownership or resolution.
Customers plan their day around the commitments made by a company. A delivery slot is a commitment and not a vague suggestion.
It’s honestly disappointing to see a service I once recommended so confidently become one where I now have to wonder whether my order will arrive anywhere close to the promised time.
Good products are not enough. If you don’t respect your customers’ time, eventually you lose their trust too!!!

Smooth & Reliable Experience
Absolutely love using the Pluckk app! The interface is super smooth, deliveries are always on time, and the delivery slots are really convenient. The quality of fruits & vegetables has been consistently fresh, and healthy shopping feels so much easier with their wide range of products and seamless ordering experience. Definitely one of the most reliable grocery apps I’ve used so far.

Amazing experience
Been using the Pluckk app for a while for now and it’s become one of my regular grocery apps. The app is easy to use, delivery is quick, and the quality of fruits and veggies has been consistently good. I also like the healthy options they have apart from regular groceries. Feels more curated compared to other apps. Overall, pretty convenient and reliable experience till now.

Misleading marketing
Scanned their barcode on the pluckk tender coconut water which indicated that we could learn more about the product and where it was sourced from. But the barcode redirected to this app which is pretty much useless cause this only used to push products ( btw is very limited) and no information on sourcing and packaging in the entire app.

Poor support and poor quality fruits. Would recommend to avoid this app
Had been using pluckk for more than 2 years. Their quality and support was very good earlier. For last 3 months, the quality has declined to very poor, especially for fruits. Their support is extremely unresponsive. Have to wait for more than 30-40 mins each time there is an issue to explain and return bad quality product. I stopped raising issue to their support due to poor response time. So much headache is not worth it.

Amazing
I started having their smoothies for breakfast and now I can’t stop. They’re tasty and feel filling. Perfect for when I’m rushing to work and don’t have time to cook.
Must try
Cutting vegetables every day used to take me forever, but now I just buy Pluckk’s diced ones. They’re fresh and clean, and it saves me so much effort, especially on busy weekdays.
Eat fresh every time
Pluckk’s produce is literally plucked fresh after we order. It’s the best produce at present in the market comparing to all online stores and markets also
Pluckk Plus Program (PPP)
Enjoyed the quality of fruits, good variety also. Took the pluckk plus program that gives good bonus, happy so far

Pluckk is easy to use
Found the app simple, easy to order. Delivery was smooth. I prefer this than buying locally.
