Pluckk cold-pressed juices are a healthy treat! I like that there is no added sugar, just pure fruit juice. Different from other so called healthy juices that have extra sugar.
Order and delivery
Out of 5 items One of the item was removed saying some quality issue. One item was not even delivered but was included the bill. Only when I followed up with delivery guy and later with this Sanjay guy maybe the Pluckk representative, he dint care to inform us prior that the item was missing when when he knew. Not sure even if I will receive my money back.

Writing this review after a continuous 5 times disappointment.
1. Sometimes quality is good, sometimes it’s bad. I’d rather order from local store. The convenience factor has gone for a toss.
2. They provided raw papaya which was edible after 6 days.
3. They provided custard apple which got smashed in the container itself.
4. When the items were missing, I called customer support. They said the items were delivered. Lol. Who does that? They are least bothered to check. They trust their delivery boys more than the customer.
5. If the time slot is chosen, sometimes they will come so early because they had some delivery scheduled in the same location. What’s the point of selecting the slot then? He came to deliver 5:30 am in the morning.
6. The worst part : If they provide you the refund, you cannot use that entire refund amount for your next purchase. For example - if they refund you 1000/- in pluckk account, you can only use 100/- per order.

Arrogant customer service executive.!
I used this app for almost 2 years and I was happy. Recently, when I raised a concern regarding the quality of bananas (which was actually blackish and squeezed, I have shared the image of it also to the team), the customer executive says, this time I will refund, but going forward we will not refund.! (See the arrogant nature).
This is the bitter truth of this team. If you raise a quality complaint with proofs, they answer you in this way.!! However, I am not going to use it further. Thank you Pluckk for your services.

Overpriced average vegetables and poor customer service
The vegetables are nothing special to say about but the app is not so good. Also, customer service and delivery service are really bad. Even though i selected a later slot, the delivery guy comes early in early morning and just delivers the order at his convenience. The reason being his other orders will get delayed. Even talking to customer serice about same thing didn’t help. They wont provide any resolution and just keep apologising saying tht this wont happen again (which has happened to me for last 5 orders) So, please dont waste your time downloading and using this app where veggies are overpriced and experience is horrible.

Who delivers at 6:45 am and rings bell Twice!!
The delivery boy has come at 6:45 am and also rang the bell twice . ARE YOU JOKING!! I have kids a 9 month old and a 3 year old and woke everyone up. This is just horrible and unacceptable behaviour. He was not even apologetic about it. I even click his picture to complain.
I use many delivery apps and no one has done this. This is my husbands account and I will make sure he doesn’t order again from you’ll.

Worst quality ever
The first time i bought apples from this app. The quality was very good. Then i added some money to their wallet and then the quality dropped i bought 2 times and exchanged them twice. But still the quality was very bad. The apples have sticker with 4133 number on them which means these apples contain heavy pesticides and grown using chemicals in soil. But these people argue about not using pesticides. All that talk about quality and they sell toxic food to people.
Btw i bought premium gala apples every time. These people have regular and premium range gala apples. I don’t know how these people consider these premium.

Fresh produce at the right price
Have tried bigbasket, Swiggy Instamart, blinkit, zepto and what not but comparatively Pluckk is the best. Quality is consistent and pricing is right. User friendly, fresh vegetables app
I was recommended this app by a friend. I’ve been using it for a week now. The quality of fruits and vegetables delivered is super fresh. The interface is hassle free and very easy to use. The orders get delivered in no time and the delivery guys are also very polite and friendly. I have been introduced to this brand on lil flea event, but was really amazed by quality of fruits they serve. Really hats off. I bought there blueberries, cherry and red grapes these were so fresh and amazing honestly very good from what I had from local markets. Meets my needs
I have been ordering at least 1 time a week from Pluckk and am very satisfied with their quality and choice. The freshness I get is great and it’s far better than what I used to get with same day delivery options. The packaging is great too.
