No respect for time & no useful customer service
I placed my order for the 8-11am slot and I even mentioned it was urgent, called the rider at 11 and he said he can’t deliver before 1:30pm. I cancelled the order but the amount is in the app wallet when it should be transferred back to me but their call support won’t receive call even once out of the 7 times I called

Poor quality fruit delivered
Poor quality cherries - skin was off and looked awful. What a shame. Asked for refund - app said sure. Instead they gave replacement. So poor customer service as well.
