I have enjoyed Shapermint from the beginning. Shapermint really became useful after my breast cancer surgery. Also came in handy after the device placed on my heart . It worked for me, It was very comfortable, wore for many months. A huge relief from the discomfort of a bra. I highly recommend it after any upper body surgery big help. Thanks Shapermint have referred you to several of my friends and they enjoy as well. My only problem is redeeming my rewards, but I continue to shop and continue to refer.

Their, “True Kind Everyday Throw On Bralette” has been OUT OF STOCK for well over 5 months. Except in blk or beige! With EXTREME LIMITED sizes. I was told by them they were getting more in some 5+ months ago in all colors n sizes.
Shapermint needs to, “shape up” as they’re say. Because, they aren’t the only game in town w semi decent products.

I learned this app.
It's scam! No one customer services there. They refused to return back money return from people complained. I have read their message. Good thing I almost to order but not right their issues problem. So I decided not buy this.

Buyer Beware
Their products are great but beware of getting sucked into their membership. App has nearly no customer service except their AI bot which will send you into ridiculous circular conversations. Cancelling a membership is next to impossible. It took multiple emails and combatting bribes for points toward membership to end my subscription. Ultimately I disputed charges with CC company.

Unauthorised subscription fee
Beware! this company is unlawfully enrolling consumers in to recurring, paid memberships without authorisation when you buy an item, and it’s very difficult to stop as they ignore your request to cancel
Returns
This is the worst company I have ever ordered. The products are good. But they don’t allow you to return anything. First I tried to change order not 5 minutes after I ordered. Then I received my order and tried to return 2 items. I have order number and filled out email and order number. They will not allow me to exchange or return.

I have no complaints on any of the products. The shaper shorts and tops do come small but order one size up. Jeggings can order to normal size.

I love Shapermint stuff. I did get a couple Cammies that seem to be under the original quality, but I still love Shapermint. I wish that they would come out with all of their tops and Cammies and all of their colors.

if you buy something from here you may end up in a subscription which is not clear when you place an order I would avoid

I downloaded the App to shop from because you get free gifts and exclusive prices. At checkout, to my disappointment, when I pressed to add my free cami to the cart it would not let me. Very disappointing!

I have to admit I thought I loved this company at first because it was my first time using any type of shaping wear. So I joined this club...well it took two months before I ever got my first shipment. And even though you give them your sizes, even though I wear I size 16 and only select size XL or 2xl on things that run small...they sent me $60 worth of stuff size 3 XL! What am I supposed to do with that? Carry my children around inside my pants with me? Oh but wait, they sent me a bra holder so: small! For my 3xl breasts! So when I go to start a return, it says order not found. I thought it was because it was in payment lingo. Well, payment hits my account and I once again start a return/exhange process and guess what??? It says all says final can't be returned. So they basically stole $70 from me...or we could say they gave me junk clothes for people who weigh 40 lbs more than I do that can't be exchange or returned. I would have better luck shopping out of the car trunks of crackheads...they're way more honest than this and that says a LOT!

Lovely garments everything is so comfy and true to size. I’ve bought several different garments and very happy with them all.
On the negative side is the postage fee and the annoying sticker stuck on the garment that leaves a sticky residue which is hard to remove. It could be stuck on one of the many cardboard tags instead.

No REAL customer service AVOID like the Plague!
Easy to order, impossible to return. Shapermint provides no phone number. A consumer’s choices are to have circular conversations with their Bot or leave a message and receive a text and email stating they are looking into it. My first order was in Feb of 2024, second in March before I realized I’d be stuck paying for all items even those that do not fit, a bra that literally fell apart on its second wearing. I don’t believe in the J Lo uniform malfunction until the most comfortable of the Shapermint bras came unglued!!!
I have received multiple shipments since billing my credit card. There is no place on the website to remove your credit card so Shapermint randomly sends items and bills me. Credit card company is helping me out. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, did receive a response from Shapermint again stating they cared and would help me out. However, their help is only to direct me to their website’s Returns & Exchanges site which responded “No Order Found” just as it has done with every order since February. Do yourself a favor, avoid doing business with Shapermint.
