Unable to renew

Since the most recent update I am unable to renew the books I have checked out. I receive an error message when I try to renew.

Can’t place hold on books

I’ve used this app for a while and it’s been fine. Now for the last couple months I’m unable to place a hold on any books.

Such a helpful app!!

I use this app regularly to manage my items checked out, for both mine and my kids’ accounts! I love that I can so easily request books and they are available in a few days at the library of my choice.

I do wish I had access to my saved lists through the app, but I’m glad that’s an option on the website.

Won’t work

Downloaded the app and it never opened. Deleted and reloaded. Never opened. Turned phone off then turned it back on. Never opened. Deleted.
