This is a good app in theory, but I think it could be better if you allowed multiple vehicles per membership because at the rate you’re charging, you might as well just take your own vehicle separately

Got scratched by machine and company absolutely ignored that fact and even didn’t try resolving that
Where is my free credits?
They tell you, you can get free credits when you sign up, but then they don’t give it to you and there’s no way to contact them.
New owners
Had issues with paying in the app at a location. Put on new card information etc. would not work. I ended up using my credits for the free wash I had earned even though I wanted the better wash-nothing happened except my credits were used. I left and called the number for a refund. The new owner informed me they don’t use the app. Why is it still showing on the location as one of the active sites at Bonne Terre Mo

WARNING SCAM! Please report to Apple to remove this app from the App Store.
I purchased a service but never received it. I requested a refund, but it was not provided. Instead, I was pressured to purchase a more expensive service from the same provider, which I believe is a scam. Apple has failed to protect its customers in this situation. Please help.
