Got scratched by machine and company absolutely ignored that fact and even didn’t try resolving that
Where is my free credits?
They tell you, you can get free credits when you sign up, but then they don’t give it to you and there’s no way to contact them.
New owners
Had issues with paying in the app at a location. Put on new card information etc. would not work. I ended up using my credits for the free wash I had earned even though I wanted the better wash-nothing happened except my credits were used. I left and called the number for a refund. The new owner informed me they don’t use the app. Why is it still showing on the location as one of the active sites at Bonne Terre Mo

WARNING SCAM! Please report to Apple to remove this app from the App Store.
I purchased a service but never received it. I requested a refund, but it was not provided. Instead, I was pressured to purchase a more expensive service from the same provider, which I believe is a scam. Apple has failed to protect its customers in this situation. Please help.

Great app you don’t have to even use the pay station. You just start it from your phone. The owner is very nice and treat everybody good. Highly recommend getting the app.

Second attempt to get the app to work. No help, no contact numbers ! My issue is with the app and not the car wash.

I paid TWICE for a wash and no way to contact anyone to get a refund for the one because the “bay” areas are not listed as 1 or 2.
Signed up for monthly membership card got charged and nothing works

I usually enjoy using this app to wash my car. I usually never have issues with it today I did. I got charged twice and it wouldn’t let me go through the car wash I thought I selected the right one. I am very upset about this cause $30 is a lot of money to be charged.

Doesn’t work
I had this app on my old android phone and it worked fine, but on my new iPhone, it does not work at all. It just loads up some sort of settings screen with no way to login.

Well, I didn’t really like the convenience but now is my three strikes rule. I looked on every choice in the app to try to find a way to contact someone There is no way. Last year the app wouldn’t let me car wash and I was in a hurry I needed to get to work and it charged me anyway I thought it might’ve been my fault.
This morning I pulled in No one was there. I started the app I selected the wash as I always did. I pulled up to the door and waited. Nothing happened. I waited a little longer on parking behind me. I waited a little longer. Nothing happened. I let the other card pull up and she said it’s not working but I was charged twice so now I think I need to be credited for three washes if someone reads this.

Scam
The app is good at first but after awhile it starts to steal money and reward points from you without your permission, I just recently discovered this while looking through the transaction history on the app. It’s a scam if you ask me!

Mobile App is a Rip Off
Downloaded and used Mobile App. Set up account, purchased a wash, no way to activate it. Thinking I had missed something, I went back to the main screen, click the wash again, No Activate choice again. Car wash did not notify Entrance either time. My account history shows 2 car washes and my car is still dirty.
No way to contact owner for a refund! Contacting City Hall and Better Business Bureau to help prevent others becoming a victim.

Great customer service and convenience
I always use the app to pay. It’s easy and quick! Today at a location I always go to, the car wash was not working. I used the app to pay, then pulled up to the car wash and it wasn’t working. I called and emailed them about a credit. They quickly resolved my issue in minutes!
There’s no way to report issues. Steals from you.
I’ve been using this app for a while and it was really handy at first until you realize how it steals money from you. The issue is that there is absolutely no way to email or contact ANYONE through the app to report an issue. I bought 12minutes through the app and after I sent it through I realized the bay I was using wasn’t lit up anymore. So I waited a bit to see if it would still function but nothing ever happened even though the app said it was sent through successfully. I understand that the main issue is with the car wash. I had to Google the car wash to get a phone number to contact anyone. I called the number and left a message and didn’t get a call back. If the app had a way to report issues like this, it would make things so much easier. I want my $6 back, yeah it’s “only $6” but it’s just the fact that I spent the money and got screwed. I’m probably going to switch back to cash and ditch the app after going through this issue.

Most FRUSTRATING App!!! Run away!
I purchased a monthly car wash from a place that uses ONLY this app for admission! BIG MISTAKE! I’ve come to wash my car SEVERAL times only to have the app tell me to “try again later” that it’s currently offline. This time this happened IMMEDIATELY after I just witnessed another car get washed right in front of me. There is no customer support website nor call line. Guess I’ll be canceling THE CRAPPIEST membership I was ever dumb enough to buy!
