AED 3,500 Taken – No Points, No Support

I had a very disappointing experience with the Al-Futtaim Share app.

On 28 February 2026, I deposited AED 3,500 into the app in exchange for Share points. However, until today, the points have not been credited to my account.

I have sent multiple emails and made several phone calls to customer support, yet there has been no resolution, no clear response, and no accountability from the team.

This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a company like Al-Futtaim. Holding customer funds without delivering the promised value or even providing proper support reflects very poorly on their service standards.

I strongly advise others to be cautious when using this app until they improve their customer service and resolve such issues promptly.

SHARE 🔥🔥

As an ENBD credit card holder, I absolutely love this app! The cashback through SHARE is seriously impressive, and the rewards are on point. Being able to use my cashback anywhere in the mall or across your brands makes it super convenient. On top of that, your customer service team is the best—always helpful and responsive. Definitely one of the most rewarding apps out there!

Doesn’t want to sign me in

I signed in with my Apple ID . It verifies successfully yet gets me back to the “let’s start” page . I tried more than once . I will be deleting the app soon if it didn’t sign me in .

Reward System

Very useful to check the current rewards and offer before going to the MOE and accordingly plan the store visits to check the deals. Saves a lot of time and some money also and keeps us engaged.

Ap doesn’t work so you cannot access points

I received my card promptly and there are no issues there. However, the app installs but fails to load. This means I cannot log in to access my share points. For two weeks I have been calling customer support…but nothing has changed. Very unprofessional.

Fix your iOS app

The app is not working. Always pop-up notifies something went wrong. I have seen a lot of reviews from other users who all have the same issue and still there is no fix from the app developer.
If you really care about to your app and customers then fix the app issue ASAP. Kindly avoid automated reply that doesn’t make any sense unless you fix the issues.

Hi team, every time I’m trying to my share app it gives an error, something went wrong. I tried to call customer support also deleted and reinstalled the app. No luck and I’m sure lots of other iOS customers are facing this issue

Very bad

I have an issue for years now, you can’t reach customer service to talk to I use to have vox rewards account one I registered with share now both don’t work and nobody is responding or care to help I was expecting more from Alfutim Group
