The points collected for purchases was not worth app download! the value of points in comparison to spent was a true joke
Doesn’t want to sign me in
I signed in with my Apple ID . It verifies successfully yet gets me back to the “let’s start” page . I tried more than once . I will be deleting the app soon if it didn’t sign me in .
Ap doesn’t work so you cannot access points
I received my card promptly and there are no issues there. However, the app installs but fails to load. This means I cannot log in to access my share points. For two weeks I have been calling customer support…but nothing has changed. Very unprofessional.

Unable to Load!
After moving from android to iOS this isn’t working. Only showing “Unable to Load” message! Tried uninstall and install but not working! It’s sad to see such performance! Any fix?
Change Title
Change the app name to “Something went wrong, reopen the app”
The main task is showing Share ID and telling the the credit. I’m sure they hired some developers on the lowest wage to skim more money. For god sake please get a real developer or hire a fiver to do this job in 5 minutes. It’s so embarrassing for a company with this size having an app like this.

poor points unlike way back 2015 easily to get vouchers now even you spend 300aed the points never increase….

Every time I open this app it prompts “Oops something went wrong please close the app and try opening again”

The have charged me twice and they issued a cinema voucher for 2 and then that expired and they refuse to reissue the voucher.
