Maya Voucher not being refunded
Purchased 2 ₱5k Maya vouchers but unable to redeem. Tried calling the hotline no one is answering. Sent email, took long time to get response. Deactivated my account for some reasons and they want me to contact the email support but no one is answering back.
My money got deducted while error prompt on share treat and both paymaya app was failed!!!!!!
Poor customer service both email and facebook!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t use this application!!!!!!!!!

Just need to be patience when it comes to delay it’s because of volume even they don’t response right away any concern will be attended and fix they are doing everything they can to give the utmost service to everyone thank you and more power highly recommended po
