Maya Voucher not being refunded
Purchased 2 ₱5k Maya vouchers but unable to redeem. Tried calling the hotline no one is answering. Sent email, took long time to get response. Deactivated my account for some reasons and they want me to contact the email support but no one is answering back.
My money got deducted while error prompt on share treat and both paymaya app was failed!!!!!!

I’m a long time user of this app but when I tried to purchase again first attempt for this year it says that my account needs to verify how come that it needs to verify my account if i’m a long time user to this app. I tried to contact the customer service it says that my account was block due to multiple attempt and now they are asking for my valid id 😡

Dalawang sunod na beses ako nag redeem ng top up for gcash using load payment. Yung load ko may bawas pero yung gcash wala, hindi pumasok hanggang ngayon. Imagine 1st and 2nd ko to ha pero puro wala!! Mga scammer!!! Sarap ng buhay niyooo!! Babawas lang kayo ng load pero yung top up namin sa may gcash wala pa din!!! Bwesit kayoooo!! Yung customer service nila? Jusko! Napaka expensive!! Ikaw pa mag aadjust!! WAG NA WAG NIYO TO IDOWNLOAD KUNG AYAW NIYO MAGSISI KAGAYA KO.

I was sure when i used this app to convert my load into gcash and they sent me a text message with a link, i was hacked afterwards. I rated 2 instead of 1 because it wont publish if i rate 1.
WORST SUPPORT, APP AND SERVICE EVER
I’ve been contacting support daily, but they only respond with automated email templates. It seems they have no intention of resolving my concern. AVOID THIS APP AND SERVICE!!
Account deactivated for some unknown reason
Reached out their Facebook page to ask for support. Asked me that my mobile number was not associated with my account. I told them that I use my Facebook account along with the email for login (Facebook is the only login method the app has), they replied that I should try making a purchase(what?). How can I make a purchase if I cannot login. I emailed their support, got a reply a few days later telling me my account is not blocked. I gave up. Not using this app anymore. Terrible customer service

wag nyo iddownload to, sayang pera nyo bglang maglalaho, after nyo ireklamo sa support group nila need nyo pa mag antay ng 1week para maresolved ang issue sa kakarampot na halaga. waste of time and money.

Best Gift Giving App
I really love the app since it gives me the opportunity to send gifts/treats to my friends which I cannot visit physically due to quarantine restrictions. Furthermore, the treats being sent include stickers that can uplift the sender’s & recipient’s mood. Additionally, in-app treats are much more affordable compared to the physical stores. I just hope that they bring back the older feature wherein we can buy treats using mobile Load and adjust the messenger icon since it overlaps with the Profile Tab. All in all, Sharetreats App is the best gift giving app for me.
